About me
It's great that you've found your way here. On this page, I'd like to give you a glimpse behind the scenes—who I am, how I got to where I am today, and what motivates me. If you'd like to get to know me a little better, please read on.
My story
I was born and raised in Berlin , a city that taught me from a young age to remain open, to be curious, and to find my own path. After graduating from high school, this path led me far away from home: to India. What initially began as a journey into the unknown became a decisive turning point in my life. There, I discovered my connection to my body and health – not theoretically, but in a truly existential way.
For a long time, I struggled with recurring abdominal pain . Nothing seemed to really help until I finally decided to pursue a bachelor's degree in osteopathy . Through the knowledge I gained there, I learned to understand my body for the first time . I was able to recognize connections, see patterns, and gradually a healing process began. With exercise, a changed diet, and conscious adjustments to my lifestyle, I found my way to being pain-free—and back to a carefree joy in food and life.
I originally wanted to study art after graduating from high school. But after my trip, I realized that my creative energy was heading in a different direction: towards people and their bodies, their stories, and their inner experiences . I wanted to understand how we function—physiologically, emotionally, and psychologically. And I wanted to learn how to support others on this journey. Since then, I've been fascinated by the interplay of these two worlds: body and mind . For me, they form an inseparable unity.
Small changes can have a big impact—and movement plays a central role in this . Not just physically, but also internally. I'm convinced that we should remain flexible: in our thoughts, in our feelings, in our entire being. This led me to complete a yoga teacher training course in India .
Osteopathy is my foundation, my framework. But I am constantly developing my skills . Currently, I am deepening my osteopathic practice through advanced training specializing in women's health . I firmly believe that women deserve sensitive physical support during their unique life stages – during puberty, their menstrual cycle, pregnancy and the postpartum period, menopause, or when experiencing specific women's health issues. These transitions profoundly shape us. They deserve attention, understanding, and care . This is precisely where I want to support women.
My second passion , besides the body, is the mind – our psyche, our inner world, and all the invisible processes that so profoundly shape our lives. To be able to support people in this area in a well-founded way, I am currently training to become a systemic consultant . It is important to me to be able to offer people support not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally – with empathy, clarity, and the right questions that open up new perspectives.
All of this together describes who I am and why I do what I do:
I accompany people on their journey – physically, mentally, holistically. With attention, respect, and genuine curiosity for what moves them.
