Not in Berlin anymore – now in Munich-Sendling

My osteopathic practice in Berlin was an important part of my journey for many years. I am very grateful for the trust, the conversations, and the many meaningful encounters I was able to experience during that time.

I now live and work in Munich-Sendling. There, I treat patients in our shared practice, Osteopathie in Sendling, with a focus on women’s health as well as acute and chronic complaints.

If you are in Munich, I warmly invite you to get to know our practice and my current work. I would be delighted to welcome you there.

People come to my osteopathy practice in Berlin Kreuzberg with a wide range of complaints. Often, these involve acute or chronic pain, for example in the back, joints, or the entire musculoskeletal system. Many patients also seek help for shoulder and neck tension, which can be caused by stress, long periods of sitting, or physical strain.

You can find additional reasons why people visit my practice listed below under areas of application.

Treatment

To support you as specifically as possible in reducing pain and improving mobility, I first take a close look at your lifestyle, your habits, and the context in which your pain occurs.

The better you understand your symptoms, the more sustainable my treatment can be and the better you can feel. In addition to osteopathic treatment, movement plays a central role in helping the body return to balance and in supporting your long-term well-being.

My treatment is designed to have a lasting and holistic effect. To achieve this, I orient my osteopathic approach around these 3 pillars:

Anamnesis | Case history

Manual therapy

Movement

Osteopath writes notes about patient

Anamnesis | Case history:

During the detailed initial assessment, the focus is on you and your body.
It is about the symptoms you bring with you, your medical and personal history, and your current life situation. It is important to me to talk about your complaints in detail in order to identify the underlying causes and gain a clear understanding of the overall situation.

Manual therapy:

Active and passive treatment techniques are used in manual therapy. With my hands I look for the tensions that prevent the body from moving freely. Using a variety of impulses, I try to release these tensions and support your body's natural regeneration process.

A possible exercise, it should serve as a representation of movement in a therapeutic context

Movement:

If necessary, I will accompany you in finding your individual path back to more movement. This can happen through small changes in your daily life, or through targeted exercises for the areas in which there are currently complaints.

Applications

Common concerns that patients bring to my practice:

People come to my osteopathy practice in Berlin Kreuzberg with a wide variety of complaints. These often involve acute or chronic pain , for example in the back, joints, or the entire musculoskeletal system. Many patients also seek help for shoulder and neck tension , which can be caused by stress, prolonged sitting, or physical exertion.

Another reason for seeking osteopathic treatment is abdominal pain and digestive problems , as tension in the body can also affect the internal organs. Headaches or jaw problems, such as those caused by teeth grinding or jaw misalignment, also lead many people to osteopathic practice.

Pregnant women often use osteopathy for prenatal and postnatal support to help their bodies during this special time and to alleviate discomfort.

In general, osteopathy can help when the body is out of balance and pain or restricted movement occurs. The goal is to release blockages, improve mobility, and increase well-being.

Reviews

Perfect! Flora is very empathetic and takes a great deal of time with her patients. With just the first few treatments, she was already able to relieve my knee pain, and after the third appointment, it finally feels like something has truly changed or improved — something that hadn’t happened in 1.5 years of physiotherapy and with another osteopathy visit. After the second appointment, I was almost completely pain-free.

The practice is also incredibly beautiful. With the lovely décor and delicious tea, you always feel welcome and well taken care of. I would recommend her to all of my friends. Thank you for everything.

Flora is a fantastic osteopath. She has not only helped me get my symptoms under control but also supported me in actively addressing the underlying issues. Flora is always in a good mood and radiates positivity, always giving enough space and time, always clear in her recommendations… and even though Flora says she can’t perform magic with her manual therapy, she can — at least a little!

Flora treated me in three sessions for my chronic back pain. She is a very attentive, professional, and empathetic osteopath who truly listens and focuses on the areas that need relief. She has a natural intuition and finds the spots that require attention. I felt much better after her treatments, and she has a natural gift and talent for healing. I can highly recommend her and will definitely return for further sessions.
